Doris's Decision!!!!!!!!
I cant believe how selfish Doris was when she decides to go to new york and abandon her family. She spoils her family with donuts for breakfast then says "I have decided to go to New York City to pursue my dream of becoming a star." Doris decided to abandon her family for her own selfish reasons and can't even tell her kids when she'll be back. Next week lets see what happens to Doris's family after her decision and how Doris thinks about it.

One thing, thank you for changing the font colour!Second, I agree with you. She is really selfish for abandoning her family. Another thing that really bothers me about what she did is giving them donuts. I think that when Doris gave her family donuts she was using that to keep them from getting mad, and trying to make them okay with the situation. Basically she was expecting them to understand her choice by giving them a box of donuts. I don't think that this makes it okay for her to leave her family and do what she wants.
ReplyDeleteya that donut thing was like me giving you a box of 20 timbits and apple juice than telling you that i told everyone one of your secrets! (that never happened!) though doris never changed meaning her characteristics are negative. p.s. i finished the book and ellie is not a hobbo!
